We are looking for an autonomous Full Stack Engineer who treats AI as a critical multiplier and is ready to architect and scale the next generation of intelligent web applications and enterprise solutions.
Role Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer at Vidvatta, you will take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery. You will utilize advanced GenAI tools (like Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot) to rapidly generate components, debug issues, and accelerate feature delivery. Working closely with AI tech leadership, you will handle the full stack foundation and UI/UX implementation for complex, AI-driven architectures.
Key Responsibilities & "Must-Have" Engineering Standards
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong engineering fundamentals and the discipline to maintain system stability within an AI-augmented environment.
- Frontend Architecture: Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Next.js (SSR/SSG).
- Backend & API-First Design: Leverage Python fundamentals to build robust backends and well-documented RESTful APIs. Implement secure authentication flows (JWT, OAuth, session management) and integrate various decoupled services.
- Cloud Deployments & CI/CD Hygiene: Independently deploy, host, and maintain applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Enforce strict version control (Git workflows) and ensure CI/CD pipelines automatically handle linting and testing before deployment.
- AI Code Auditing & Ownership: Treat GenAI as a pair programmer; you are strictly responsible for rigorously reviewing all AI-generated code for security vulnerabilities, edge cases, and performance bottlenecks.
- System Resilience: Design endpoints with idempotency and retry logic to safely handle network failures and timeouts, ensuring stability when interacting with long-running LLM APIs.
- Security & Governance: Utilize industry-standard secrets management (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager, Vault) and enforce the principle of least privilege across IAM roles and database access.
- Autonomous Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical blockers using official documentation and AI coding assistants to find solutions efficiently before escalating.
Required Qualifications- Experience: 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Core Stack: Demonstrable project experience with React and Next.js. Strong grasp of Python fundamentals.
- Backend & Systems: Understanding of RESTful APIs, modern authentication mechanisms, and basic backend routing.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Practical understanding of cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- AI-Native Workflow: Hands-on experience prompting and utilizing GenAI developer tools to assist in writing or debugging code.
- Traits: High degree of agency, self-reliance, and a drive to learn rapidly.
Optional, But Highly Preferred (The "Plus")We do not expect you to know all of this on day one. A high-agency engineer will learn these advanced AI-native architectures directly from our tech leadership:
- Harness Engineering: Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and orchestrating multi-agent systems.
- Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Protocols: Designing standardized JSON schemas and routing logic for seamless communication between distinct AI agents and microservices.
- LLM Security & Prompt Defense: Implementing safeguards against prompt injection attacks and hallucinated outputs through strict input validation and output parsing.
- LLM Tracing & Telemetry: Integrating MLOps observability tools (like Langfuse or Helicone) to trace prompt execution times, token usage, and error rates.
- Agent Protocols: Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or utilizing tools like n8n for workflow automation.
- LLM-Driven TDD: Utilizing AI assistants to rapidly write robust unit and integration tests prior to finalizing feature code.
