Mistura Software Technologies is the India-based development arm of Industry Fusion, a Germany-based organization building open-source digitalization solutions for smart factories and industrial systems.
We work on real product development involving web applications, backend services, industrial data platforms, digital twins, edge/cloud deployments, and smart factory solutions. Our ecosystem includes collaboration with technology partners such as Intel, SUSE, and IONOS.
This is not a basic website-development role. We need a developer who can build, understand, debug, and take ownership.
What You Will Work On
You will work with:
React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, MongoDB, Docker, Git, Jira, and Figma
Your work will include:
- Building frontend applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and CSS
- Developing backend APIs and business logic using Node.js
- Working with MongoDB for data storage, queries, and debugging
- Converting Figma designs into clean, responsive UI
- Using Docker-based development environments
- Working with Git branches, pull requests, and code reviews
- Managing tasks and updates properly in Jira
- Debugging issues across frontend, backend, API, and database layers
- Writing clean code that other developers can understand and maintain
What We Need

- Git and pull request workflow
- Docker basics

- Responsive UI development

You should already be comfortable with these. This role is not for someone who needs training from zero on React, APIs, MongoDB, Docker, Jira, or Figma.
