Software Developer (Junior–Mid) (Remote – India) | $300–$500/month | Real Projects, Real Growth
Zangula is a remote-first software development studio building real client products (dashboards, admin panels, APIs, integrations). We work with a clear process, code reviews, and structured tasks.
We’re hiring a developer in India who is hungry to grow and ready to work professionally in a structured environment.
Compensation
$300–$500 USD/month (based on skills + reliability + consistency)
(Most hires start in the $300–$400 range.)
Who we want
- 1.5–4 years of real company experience (employment/contract) — not only personal projects
- Strong desire to learn fast and grow in software development
- Comfortable using developer productivity tools like Cursor (or similar IDE assistants) to work faster while keeping code quality
- Reliable, responsible, and communicates clearly
What you’ll do
- Implement features from tickets + designs
- Fix bugs and improve existing code
- Work with Git + PRs + code reviews
- Write short daily updates and log time daily (Clockify)
Must-have
- Real professional experience in a company (1.5–4 years)
- Git + basic PR workflow
- Good English writing (enough for async collaboration)
- Ability to follow specs and ask clarifying questions early
- React / Next.js / Node.js / REST APIs / SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
