Required:
• Proven Experience: Demonstrable software development experience in COBOL/400, AS/400, DB2, and CL (Command Line).

o Senior: 10+ Years
• SDLC Expertise: An in-depth understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle.
• Technical Acumen: Good understanding of software development best practices and secure coding principles.
• Problem-Solving: Advanced reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Database Skills: Strong, confident SQL skills and experience with DB2.
• Collaboration: Familiarity with modern version control tools (like Git or Subversion) and a history of successful collaboration with development teams.
• Integration Knowledge: Solid knowledge of APIs and integration solutions.
