About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer – Tech Lead to drive technical delivery across CRM, CMS, mobile applications, and SaaS platforms. This role will be responsible for defining architecture, leading backend development, ensuring code quality, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the product, design, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless execution from concept to deployment while driving best practices and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead backend development using Node.js and/or PHP for CRM, CMS, Mobile Apps, and SaaS platforms

● Define system architecture, database design, and integration strategies

● Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high engineering standards

● Manage and mentor a team of developers; assign tasks and monitor progress

● Collaborate with Product Managers and UI/UX teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

● Oversee API integrations, third-party services, and cloud deployments

● Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization

● Support deployment, UAT, bug resolution, and post-launch maintenance

● Contribute to AI-readiness initiatives and automation-driven workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 7+ years of backend development experience in Node.js and/or PHP

● Strong hands-on experience in CRM, CMS, Mobile App, and SaaS product development

● Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and technical ownership

● Strong knowledge of databases, APIs, system architecture, and integrations

● Experience with cloud platforms and deployment processes

● Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with stakeholders
