Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices; perform code reviews.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability to identify malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and automation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Experience / Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in software development.
- Technical expertise in C#, .NET Framework.
- Strong Object-Oriented design and programming skills; ability to understand design principles behind scalable applications.
- Proficiency in debugging and productivity tools.
- Knowledge of performance testing and security considerations.
- Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Working knowledge of version control systems (TFS, Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Well-versed with Agile software development methodology.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong problem-solving attitude.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the medical domain is an added advantage.
