About The Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated Junior Software Developer - UI to join our team at Nemetschek India in Bangalore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of user interfaces for Allplan's desktop applications, utilizing C#/WPF. As a Junior UI Developer, you will play a vital role in translating design concepts into functional, visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, senior developers, QA, and product managers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow their skills in UI development within a supportive and innovative environment, making a tangible impact on our products and customers.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess some professional or internship experience in UI or software development, preferably with C#/WPF. A foundational understanding of UI design principles and modern application best practices is essential. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, asks questions, and actively contributes as a collaborative team member. Attention to detail, especially concerning usability and visual consistency, is crucial. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required, along with a desire for continuous growth in UI development. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Junior Software Developer - UI will be responsible for implementing and maintaining UI components in C#/WPF, ensuring adherence to design and UX guidelines. You will translate prototypes and wireframes into functional desktop application interfaces, contributing to the overall user experience. Participating in code reviews will be essential to maintain coding standards and best practices. Troubleshooting and debugging UI-related issues will help improve usability and application performance. Collaboration with designers, senior developers, QA, and product management will be key to clarifying requirements and refining solutions.
