About The Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented Junior Software Developer - UI to join Nemetschek Group at our Bangalore office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for Allplan’s desktop applications. As a Junior UI Developer, you will be instrumental in translating design concepts into functional UI features using C# and WPF, ensuring that user experiences are seamless, engaging, and aligned with design standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, senior developers, QA, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet user needs and business objectives. This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow their skills in UI development within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess some professional or internship experience in UI or software development, with a preference for familiarity with C# and WPF. A foundational understanding of UI design principles and best practices for modern applications is essential. The candidate should demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn, ask questions, and contribute actively to team efforts. Attention to detail, especially regarding usability and visual consistency, is critical. Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities are required, along with a desire to develop expertise in UI development. Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are considered a plus.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include implementing and maintaining UI components in C# and WPF, adhering to established design and UX guidelines. You will translate prototypes, wireframes, and design specifications into functional desktop application interfaces that are visually appealing and user-friendly. Participating in code reviews is essential to ensure compliance with UI standards and best practices. You will troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues to enhance usability, performance, and stability.
