🚀 Hiring: Software Developer & Trainer (Full-Time | Hybrid | Delhi)
We are looking for a Software Developer & Trainer who enjoys building real AI-based products and also has the ability to teach and mentor students.
If you enjoy coding, solving real-world problems, and sharing knowledge, this role offers strong growth opportunities in both development and leadership.
You will work closely with the core startup team and contribute to building impactful AI-powered software products.

💼 Role Overview
You will contribute to the development of AI-based software applications and also train students in practical programming skills that are aligned with industry requirements.
The work structure is balanced between development and teaching, helping you gain hands-on experience in real projects while mentoring future developers.

🛠 Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the team to build AI-based products and software applications
• Work on client projects and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Train students and help them build strong programming fundamentals
• Visit Nodal Centres / Institutes to conduct training sessions in:
* Computer Science / Informatics Practices
* C Programming & C++
* Python Programming
* Prompt Engineering
• Manage 3–4 hours of teaching and 3–4 hours of development work daily
• Follow a Hybrid workflow (remote work + offline sessions)
