About the Role
We are looking for a Software Developer – Flutter Frontend Mobile & Web to help build our mobile and web applications using Flutter.
You will work closely with founders, product designers, backend developers, AI teams, and domain experts to develop clean, responsive, reliable, and user-friendly product experiences.
The ideal candidate is strong in frontend development using Flutter and Dart, comfortable building both mobile and web interfaces, and has some exposure to backend systems. Experience with Firebase is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop mobile and web application features using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive, clean, and scalable UI for Android, iOS, and web platforms.
- Convert Figma designs and product requirements into high-quality frontend screens and user flows.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure pixel-level accuracy, smooth interactions, and strong usability.
- Integrate frontend applications with APIs, Firebase services, and backend systems.
- Build reusable widgets, components, and frontend architecture for long-term scalability.
- Implement authentication flows, user profiles, dashboards, forms, notifications, and health-related workflows.
- Handle app states, loading states, error states, empty states, and permission-based experiences.
- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices and browsers.
- Debug, test, and fix frontend issues across mobile and web environments.
- Collaborate with founders and product teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Support deployment and release processes for mobile apps and web builds.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in software development, preferably with Flutter.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Experience building mobile applications for Android and/or iOS.
- Exposure to Flutter web or responsive web application development.
- Good understanding of frontend architecture, reusable components, and clean coding practices.
- Ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional, polished product experiences.
- Experience working with REST APIs or backend integrations.
- Understanding of state management such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, or similar.
- Familiarity with app navigation, routing, forms, validation, authentication, and data handling.
- Basic understanding of Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to work in a startup environment with ownership, speed, and flexibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Firebase, including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Firebase Hosting, Analytics, or Push Notifications.
- Experience building healthtech, wellness, AI, SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or data-heavy applications.
- Experience with responsive UI across mobile, tablet, and web.
- Familiarity with API integration, JSON handling, and backend communication.
- Understanding of privacy-sensitive products, user permissions, and secure data handling.
- Experience with app deployment to Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or web hosting platforms.
- Exposure to CI/CD, testing, performance optimization, or monitoring tools.
- Basic knowledge of backend development is a plus.
- Interest in AI-enabled products, healthcare technology, and building user-focused platforms.
