Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Software Demo Executive. The role involves showcasing the features and benefits of Hisabkitab's AI-powered accounting software to potential clients, conducting software demonstrations, addressing technical queries, providing personalized solutions to client challenges, and assisting in the onboarding process. The executive will act as a key point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring an excellent user experience and driving software adoption. Effective communication and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting software demonstrations with a strong understanding of Software Development and Programming concepts
- Experience in delivering Technical Support and providing assistance for resolving software-related queries
- Strong Sales skills with the ability to identify client needs and propose solutions effectively
- Understanding of Databases and their application in software functionality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a client-facing environment
- Prior experience in software sales, client training, or a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is advantageous
