Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Automation & Workflow Intern to help streamline internal processes using modern automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, and similar no-code/low-code platforms. As an intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Tech) to identify repetitive tasks and design efficient automated workflows that improve productivity and reduce manual effort. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are interested in automation, process optimisation, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, build, and test workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- Integrate third-party tools such as CRM systems, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, payment gateways, and APIs.
- Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Document automation processes, logic, and SOPs.
- Assist in building dashboards and reporting systems for tracking workflow efficiency.
- Research emerging automation tools and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with at least one automation tool (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.).
- Understanding of spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) and basic data handling.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
