Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Associate Trainee, based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. The trainee will be responsible for assisting in software development projects, contributing to programming tasks, conducting research to solve development challenges, and supporting the development team in creating innovative software solutions. The position provides an opportunity to collaborate on real-world projects while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Software Development and Programming
- Proficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving and system analysis
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for teamwork and client interactions
- Ability to conduct Research to identify and implement efficient solutions
- Keen interest in learning new technologies and staying updated on industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Internship or practical experience in programming is beneficial
