Role Description
This is an on-site Software Associate position with a focus on the MERN stack. The role requires 1–2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Candidates should have strong proficiency in JavaScript, experience with RESTful API integration, familiarity with Git, and working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
The Software Associate will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including software development, programming, research, and applying analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. The role emphasizes teamwork and clear communication to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Adaptability and innovation are essential, as the position supports initiatives aimed at bridging the gap between technology and accessibility.
Required Technical Skills
- Frontend: Expert knowledge of React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development.
- Backend: Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
- Database: Strong skills in MongoDB, including data modeling and querying.
- Tools: Proficient with Git for version control.
