Senior AI Platform & Automation Engineer
Role Description
We are seeking a
Senior AI Platform & Automation Engineer with
10+ years to design and build
agentic AI solutions that enhance DevOps platforms, engineering processes, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
The role focuses on developing
AI agents capable of autonomously executing multi-step tasks across engineering tools, CI/CD platforms, repositories, and cloud environments. These solutions will help engineering teams
automate operational workflows, enforce governance policies, diagnose system issues, and improve developer productivity.
The candidate will build
AI-driven automation frameworks, developer assistance tools, governance solutions, and monitoring dashboards integrated with enterprise DevOps ecosystems and cloud platforms such as Azure. The role will leverage
Generative AI capabilities through platforms like Azure OpenAI to enable intelligent automation and reasoning in engineering workflows.
Required Skills
Agentic AI & AI Automation
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions capable of executing multi-step workflows
- Experience building AI agents that interact with tools, APIs, and automation platforms
- Experience implementing AI orchestration frameworks and agent-based workflows Framework familiarity may include:
- LangChain
- LlamaIndex
- CrewAI
- AutoGen Generative AI & LLM Platforms
- Experience building LLM-powered enterprise applications
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
- Hands-on experience working with LLM platforms
- Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and model capabilities Programming & Automation
- Strong Python development
- Experience building automation frameworks, APIs, and platform integrations
- Experience integrating systems through REST APIs and service-based architectures DevOps & Engineering Platforms Strong understanding of DevOps practices and engineering workflows, including:
- CI/CD pipeline automation
- source control workflows
- infrastructure automation
Technologies May Include
- Docker

- CI/CD platforms such as GitHub, Azure Devops. Governance & Compliance Automation
- Experience implementing automation for engineering governance and compliance

- Grafana Cloud Platforms Experience developing solutions on cloud platforms such as:
