About the Role
We are a technology services and product firm serving enterprise clients in Food & Beverage space, with a growing engineering team based in Indore. We are hiring a Software Architect to lead technical delivery and shape the direction of our engineering organization.
This is an architect-level position. We are looking for someone who can own the technical vision today and grow into full technology leadership as the company scales. The right person will take true ownership, treat customer success as their own responsibility, and bring a positive, solutions-first attitude to everything they do.
This is a hands-on role. You will define architecture, set standards, mentor the team, and stay close enough to the work to solve hard problems yourself, while building the foundation to lead the entire technology function over time.
What You'll Do
• Own the technical architecture across all projects, making pragmatic design decisions that balance customer needs, maintainability, and cost.
• Lead engineering delivery accountable for timelines, quality, and predictability, and grow this into a fully-owned technology function.
• Grow the team hire, mentor, and develop engineers and team leads; establish standards, process, and a strong engineering culture.
• Put customers first ensure the team understands what clients truly need, communicates proactively, and delivers reliable, well-supported work.
• Drive engineering excellence code review, testing and automation, CI/CD, documentation, and secure development practices.
• Own quality and supportability make sure what we ship holds up in production and is easy to maintain and support.
• Contribute hands-on to complex integrations, architecture, and critical delivery when the situation calls for it.
• Grow as the organization scales and they prove their fit, take on broader responsibility for technology strategy, hiring, and company direction.

Preferred Tech Stack
Strong hands-on experience across our core stack is expected:
• Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET / .NET Core, JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript
• Web & APIs: REST API design and integration
• Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases)
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure and/or AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Git
• Practices: automated testing, secure development, scalable and maintainable architecture
Qualifications
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in an architect or technical leadership capacity.
• Deep hands-on expertise across the preferred tech stack, with the ability to reason about architecture, integrations, and production systems at scale.
• Proven track record delivering client-facing / enterprise software on time and to quality.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale a team through hiring, mentoring, and establishing process and culture.
• Prior restaurant / hospitality technology experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working across distributed, multi-time-zone teams.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Indore and work on-site.
• Open to work in late-night shifts to support our global customers.
