About AVYAYHH
AVYAYHH is building digital infrastructure for the future of education.
Our platform combines:
• A configurable Education Management System (EMS) used by schools for daily academic operations
• An AI-powered learning system that helps students understand concepts, track performance, and receive personalized academic support
Our goal is to build technology that empowers schools and educators without disrupting their workflows.
We are currently building the first production version of the platform and are looking for a Software & AI Systems Associate to join the founding team.
Role Overview
You will work directly with the founder to help build and deploy the AVYAYHH platform.
This role involves working across multiple areas including:
- web platform development
- cloud deployment
- system architecture
- AI integrations
We are looking for someone who is technically curious, adaptable, and capable of learning quickly in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
• Develop and improve features for the Education Management System platform
• Help integrate AI-powered learning tools and assistants
• Assist with deploying and maintaining the platform on cloud infrastructure
• Work with APIs and backend services
• Support development of dashboards used by administrators, teachers, and students
• Optimize system performance and reliability
• Experiment with AI tools and models to improve educational workflows
Technical Skills (Preferred)
Experience with some of the following technologies is helpful:
Programming & Web Development
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• React / Next.js
• Node.js or backend frameworks
• REST APIs
Database Systems
• PostgreSQL/MySQL/AZURE Databases
• Supabase / Firebase
• Basic database schema design
Cloud & Deployment
• Experience deploying applications using cloud platforms such as
• Understanding of:
- Docker or containerized deployments
- CI/CD pipelines
- server hosting and environment management
AI & Model Integration
• Familiarity with:
- OpenAI APIs
- AI model integrations
- prompt engineering
• Exposure to fine-tuning workflows or working with AI services on cloud platforms is a plus.
Qualifications
• Degree or ongoing study in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field
• Basic programming experience and understanding of web applications
• Familiarity with cloud deployment concepts
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new technologies
