Role Overview
We are looking for a Software / AI Consultant who can combine technical expertise with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
The role involves working on AI solutions, automation, and software development, while also supporting client coordination, project execution, and operational problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both technical implementation and managerial responsibilities when required.
This role will also involve bridging the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, smooth execution of projects, and alignment on technical and operational requirements. It is suited for someone who enjoys building solutions, solving business problems using technology, and interacting with global clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI & Automation Solutions
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate internal workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Build automation systems using APIs, AI tools, and workflow platforms.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation across recruitment, operations, and client delivery.
2. Software Development & Technical Implementation
- Develop and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and technical systems used by Opvia teams.
- Develop scalable technical solutions using Python, SQL, and modern web frameworks.
- Support development of client-facing tools and internal productivity platforms.
3. Client Coordination & Project Support
- Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements and business problems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
- Support project management activities for client engagements, including delivery tracking, timelines, and updates.
- Provide technical guidance and recommend solutions to improve client workflows.
4. Problem Solving & Process Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop technology-driven solutions.
- Analyze business processes and implement improvements using automation and software tools.
- Research and experiment with new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies that can improve productivity and delivery.
Qualifications / Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 1+ years of experience in software development, AI tools, automation, or technical consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Python and software development fundamentals.
- Understanding of AI tools, APIs, automation platforms, and modern development frameworks.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and web technologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and logical reasoning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with international clients.
