Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Soft Skills Trainer to prepare students for successful careers in the IT and Cybersecurity industry. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing students’ communication, professional behavior, interview performance, workplace readiness, and overall employability skills through engaging and practical training sessions. Industry soft-skills roles commonly emphasize communication, presentation skills, interview readiness, workplace behavior, and training coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
* Conduct Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Personality Development, and Employability Skills sessions.
* Train students in:
* Professional Communication
* Public Speaking
* Group Discussions (GD)
* Mock Interviews
* Corporate Etiquette
* Email Writing
* Presentation Skills
* Leadership & Teamwork
* Time Management
* Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
* Workplace Ethics
* Design and update training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
* Conduct weekly evaluation sessions and track student progress. Training roles often involve curriculum preparation, presentations, and learner assessments.
Placement Readiness
* Prepare students for placement drives and corporate recruitment processes.
* Conduct HR interview preparation sessions.
* Organize mock interviews and provide personalized feedback.
* Help students build confidence in facing technical and HR rounds.
* Improve students’ communication and interpersonal skills to meet industry standards. Employability and placement-focused training commonly includes mock interviews, soft-skills workshops, and job-readiness preparation.
Student Mentoring
* Mentor students individually to identify strengths and improvement areas.
* Assist students in overcoming communication barriers and confidence issues.
* Guide students on professional behavior and career growth.
Coordination & Reporting
* Coordinate with Placement Officers, Technical Trainers, and Academic Teams.
* Maintain training reports, attendance records, assessment scores, and progress tracking.
* Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
* Participate in placement planning and student development initiatives.
