Position: Soft Skills Trainer
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Location: coimbatore
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct soft skills training sessions for students or employees.
Train participants in communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and workplace etiquette.
Prepare training materials, activities, and presentations for effective learning.
Monitor participant progress and provide feedback for improvement.
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and personality development sessions.
Coordinate with the training and placement team for scheduling sessions.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and public speaking ability.
Good interpersonal and motivational skills.
Ability to engage and manage a classroom or training group.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Slides.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in training students or corporate employees.
Knowledge of interview preparation and career guidance.
