Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Softskill Trainer role based in Chennai. The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive training sessions focused on enhancing students' soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and confidence-building. Responsibilities include developing session materials, delivering engaging workshops, mentoring students to prepare for professional challenges, and providing actionable feedback for personal growth. The trainer will also collaborate with the PGI team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication Skills, Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills
- Expertise in Personality Development, Confidence Building, and Interpersonal Skills Training
- Effective Coaching, Mentoring, and Leadership Skills
- Ability to develop and implement engaging training modules and activities
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for empowering and developing the next generation of professionals
- Experience in a similar training or educational role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Psychology, or HR preferred
