Job Summary:
We are looking for a Nearshore Software Engineer with experience in TypeScript, React (or React Native) and Node.js.
You will work on discrete technical tasks, partner configuration and technical debt resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Implement technical configurations for partner onboarding.
- Address small to medium technical tasks related to technical debt and maintenance.
- Write clean, maintainable code aligned with team standards.
- Actively participate in team meetings (scrums, sprint planning, code reviews).
- Collaborate with distributed teams using tools like Slack, Git, ClickUp, and Google Docs.
- Work in a secure environment using synthetic data, with no access to Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Meet delivery estimates and maintain a steady development pace.
- Operate autonomously, requiring minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Full integration into agile teams: sprints, scrums, and tools like Git, Slack, and ClickUp.
- Tech stack: AWS Amplify, GraphQL, AppSync, DynamoDB, working with synthetic data (no access to PHI).
- Fluent English, autonomy, code quality, and time zone overlap with Pacific Time.
