Role Description This full-time, on-site Soft Skills / Verbal Trainer / Aptitude role is based at the Sadar location. The trainer will conduct classroom and small-group sessions to build students’ communication, soft skills, verbal ability, and aptitude required for academic success and placements. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training modules, preparing learning materials, planning interactive activities, and assessing learner progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions. The role involves coordinating with academic departments and placement teams to align training with institutional objectives, maintaining training records, and continuously updating content based on industry trends and student needs. The trainer is expected to mentor learners, provide individual support where needed, and foster an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Soft Skills to effectively engage learners and model professional behavior.
- Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills to deliver interactive sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development expertise to design curricula, structure modules, and evaluate training outcomes.
- Candidates should possess competency in Life Skills coaching to support learners’ personal effectiveness, confidence, and workplace readiness.
- Relevant experience as a soft skills, verbal, or aptitude trainer in higher education or corporate training environments is preferred.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Psychology, Management, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to create inclusive learning spaces, work collaboratively with faculty and placement teams, and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Strong planning, documentation, and basic computer skills (MS Office, presentation tools) are beneficial.
