The RoleAs a Soft Skills Trainer at CAREMEL, you will be the face of our program in partner schools across Delhi NCR. You’ll lead interactive sessions with students from Grades 6–12, helping them build confidence, teamwork, leadership, and empathy.
This role is perfect for educators or facilitators who love connecting with young minds and believe in the power of life skills education.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate CAREMEL’s curriculum of 24 structured sessions per academic grade (Grades 6–12).
- Create engaging learning spaces that encourage discussion, collaboration, and personal expression.
- Represent CAREMEL on campus, maintaining professional relationships with school management and teachers.
- Monitor student engagement and progress, providing feedback and reporting outcomes to the core team.
- Contribute to program growth through feedback, creativity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring- Experience: Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or facilitator (school/college level preferred).
- Communication: Strong command of spoken English and Hindi, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Classroom Presence: Energetic, confident, and able to inspire and hold attention.
- Adaptability: Comfort working with different age groups, school cultures, and learning styles.
- Professionalism: Punctual, organized, and self-managed during school hours and reporting cycles.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; preference for Psychology, Education, Communication, or related fields).
- 1–3 years of classroom, facilitation, or training experience.
- Comfort with school schedules (morning shifts and local travel within assigned zones or campus).
