Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Soft Skills Trainer/English Language Coach
to deliver engaging online and offline sessions. This hybrid role offers flexibility while ensuring high-quality learning experiences for students across formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online English training sessions (individual and group)
- Take offline classes at the center when required (mandatory as per schedule)
- Support student engagement, including demo sessions and onboarding
- Plan and conduct workshops (online and offline) as needed
- Prepare and maintain student performance reports and progress tracking
Requirements
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Comfortable using online teaching tools and platforms
- Ability to engage and manage students effectively
- Flexible and adaptable to different teaching formats and schedules
Work Structure
- 5 working days per week
- 2 days work from office + 3 days work from home
- 2 weekly offs (assigned on weekdays)
- Schedule may vary based on class and operational requirements
- Compensation and structure open to discussion based on experience
Note
- This role involves flexible work allocation depending on class schedules, student requirements, and operational needs. Candidates should be open to a mix of online teaching, in-office sessions, and workshops.
