About FluencyProFluencyPro is an online English communication training platform helping students and working professionals improve their fluency, confidence, and corporate communication skills through personalized 1:1 and group training sessions.
Job OverviewWe are looking for passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainers who can deliver high-impact training sessions focused on English communication, workplace communication, and personality development.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct live online training sessions (1:1 & small groups)
- Train learners in spoken English, corporate communication, and soft skills
- Help students build confidence, fluency, and structured speaking ability
- Customize sessions based on learner level and goals
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or coaching (preferred)
- Strong understanding of business communication and soft skills
- Ability to engage and motivate learners
- Comfortable using Zoom / Google Meet
Preferred Qualifications- Experience training working professionals
- Background in English, Communication, HR, or Training
- Neutral or clear accent
