We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer with a strong background in the BPO/Call Center industry to join our growing team.
If you’re passionate about shaping communication, driving performance, and building high-quality customer interactions — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire training batches focused on soft skills and communication
- Train teams on empathy, active listening, and customer handling
- Improve conversation quality and call effectiveness
- Coach agents on professional call handling & etiquette
- Deliver training on sales pitch, objection handling, and conversions
- Monitor and provide feedback through mock calls, role plays, and audits
- Work closely with operations to bridge performance gaps
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer in a BPO
- Strong understanding of call center operations & customer lifecycle
- Proven experience in voice process training (inbound/outbound)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage, coach, and motivate teams
- Experience in sales training is a strong plus
