Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer
Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite – 5 Days)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to train, mentor, and prepare candidates for professional and client-facing roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing communication abilities, interpersonal skills, body language, confidence, and interview performance to ensure candidates are fully prepared and job-ready for client interactions.
The role requires someone passionate about candidate development and capable of transforming
individuals into confident professionals with strong communication and workplace skills.
Key Responsibilities
Communication & Soft Skills Development
• Conduct engaging training sessions on verbal and written communication skills.
• Improve candidates' fluency, pronunciation, confidence, and workplace communication.
• Deliver sessions on interpersonal skills, active listening, presentation skills, and professional
etiquette.
• Enhance public speaking and overall communication effectiveness.
Body Language & Personality Development
• Train candidates on professional body language, posture, confidence, and non-verbal
communication.
• Guide candidates on personality enhancement and professional conduct.
• Help candidates build confidence and develop a strong client-facing presence.
Interview Preparation & Candidate Readiness
• Conduct mock interviews and interview simulation sessions.
• Train candidates on interview techniques and effective response strategies.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and hiring discussions.
• Coach candidates on behavioral, situational, and communication-based interview questions.
• Ensure candidates are fully prepared and job-ready before client interactions.
Candidate Development & Mentoring
• Track candidate progress and maintain training performance records.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and identify areas for improvement.
• Deliver personalized feedback and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with recruitment and internal teams to align candidate readiness with client
expectations.
Required Skills

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, HR, Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related
field
• 2–5 years of experience in soft skills training, communication training, interview coaching, or
candidate development
• IELTS certification/training experience preferred
• Experience working in staffing, recruitment, training, or client-facing environments preferred
• Experience preparing candidates for international or US-based opportunities is an added
advantage
