Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role based in Gandhinagar for a Soft Skills Trainer. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering training sessions to enhance students’ communication, interpersonal, and life skills. The role involves preparing customized training materials, conducting workshops, evaluating the progress of participants, and ensuring effective engagement to foster an interactive learning experience. You will play a pivotal role in preparing students to meet professional and personal growth milestones.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Soft Skills and Life Skills training
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Experience in Training & Development
- Ability to design and conduct effective and interactive training programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning methods
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to inspire and motivate trainees
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Education, or Psychology (preferred)
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer or similar role (advantageous)
