Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer. The Soft Skills Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions, create impactful training materials, and design customized programs to enhance communication, life, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, facilitating workshops, and providing feedback to help individuals and teams improve their performance and communication effectiveness, listening to calls, providing 1-0-1 coaching etc. Collaboration with stakeholders to align training objectives with organizational goals is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Presentation and Communication
- Expertise in Training & Development and delivering Soft Skills training
- Knowledge of Life Skills and experience in facilitating related workshops
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in virtual training tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar role is beneficial
Salary Range: Upto INR 60K per month
Location: Badshahpur, Gurgaon
Shift Timing: 6 AM (Australian Shift)
