Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Soft Skills Trainer. The individual will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions that focus on soft skills, communication development, and life skills. Key daily tasks include developing and refining training materials, conducting interactive workshops, evaluating participant progress, and supporting continuous learning initiatives to enhance workplace performance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Soft Skills and Life Skills training
- Proficiency in Communication and Presentation Skills
- Experience in Training & Development methodologies and practices
- Ability to facilitate engaging, interactive, and impactful sessions
- Proven ability to adapt training techniques to varying audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications in training or soft skills are a plus
- Experience in corporate or organizational training is advantageous
