Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Soft Skills Trainer for our on-site location in Thane. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive sessions on communication, interpersonal skills, time management, and workplace etiquette. Regular tasks include designing curriculum, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to enhance employability skills. The trainer will collaborate with teams to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including verbal and non-verbal communication expertise
- Experience in interpersonal skills, leadership, teamwork, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in time management and stress management techniques
- Ability to design and deliver creative and interactive training sessions
- Knowledge of corporate etiquette and workplace behavior
- Experience in coaching learners from diverse backgrounds
- Proven ability to assess performance and provide actionable feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (a certification in soft skills training is a plus)
