Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver High-Impact Sessions
- Conduct structured 1:1 sessions and evaluations
- Train in executive communication, strategic thinking, leadership presence, persuasion, and stakeholder management
- Confidently engage senior, high-authority learners
2. Personalise Learning
- Tailor content to each learner’s business context
- Track and evaluate progress
3. Drive Growth
- Provide candid feedback
- Own and drive learner transformation
4. Contribute Beyond Sessions
- Support content, processes, and cross-functional initiatives
- Adapt proactively as the role evolves
Who This Role Is For
Professionals with strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and the confidence to work with senior leaders. You are structured, adaptable, ownership-driven, and open to feedback.
Requirements
- Exceptional spoken English and clarity of thought
- Experience in training, coaching, consulting, or leadership roles
- Ability to handle ambitious senior professionals
- Strong camera presence and confident online delivery
- Comfort working with adult learners
- Laptop, webcam, and stable WiFi
Preferred:
- Degree in Psychology, English, or Education
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or DELTA certifications
- Experience with working professionals
- Knowledge of NLP
