🔹 Role Overview
The
Soft Skills Trainer cum Academic Counselor role is
primarily training-focused. The selected candidate will actively deliver and support soft skills and communication training programs, while also assisting with academic counselling and learner coordination.
🧩 Key Responsibilities – Training (Primary)
• Conduct and support
soft skills & communication skills training sessions
• Deliver modules on
personality development, confidence building, and workplace skills
• Engage learners through
activities, role plays, presentations, and assessments
• Participate in
curriculum delivery, feedback, and continuous improvement
🧩 Academic Counselling – Support Role
• Handle walk-in enquiries and counsel prospective learners
• Follow up with leads and support admissions
• Coordinate with the sales team and assist in fee collections
🎓 Eligibility
• Any Graduate / Engineer / MBA
•
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Experience in training, teaching, counselling, or facilitation is an added advantage
🛠 Skills Required
• Excellent spoken
English and Tamil
• Strong presentation and classroom engagement skills
