JOB TITLE : SOFT SKILLS/ PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT COACH (Behavioural/ Life Skills):
Tier I & Tier II Cities of India.
Urgent requirement in Ahmedabad location.
Function : Delivery & Placement
Job Responsibilities -
Delivering Sessions on:
Leadership Skills and Team Building
Positive Attitude and Mindset (with Powerful Storytelling techniques)
Johari Window and SWOT Analysis Methods and techniques
Communication Skills - Verbal, Non-verbal, & Listening
Motivation and self-development
Interviewing skills and mock interview practice.
Emotional Intelligence and Stress Management Techniques
Transactional analysis and behavioral insights
Should be adept in experiential workshops and life skills sessions.
Minimum Education : Graduate .
NLP certification will be an added advantage.
Work Experience : Minimum 10 years - 20 Years
Corporate / Institution / Industry Exposure Required
Experience: Core Personality - Behavior Development Training.
Should be able to bring substantial positive changes in the personality/ mindset of the participants to face the professional industry requirements of the role.
IT Knowledge/ Other LMS Competencies required.
