Key Requirements:
- Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, verbal ability, and communication.
- Strong content writing, editing, proofreading, and curriculum development skills.
- Experience in developing industry-aligned and company-specific training content for employability and placement preparation.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and update company-specific interview questions, assessment content, and placement resources based on current recruitment trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field; experience in academic or training content development is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Prior exposure to soft skills training, instructional design, or higher-education settings is beneficial.
