Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills & Communication Trainer to train, guide, and mentor learners as per our industry-aligned curriculum. The trainer will play a key role in building learners' communication confidence, interview readiness, and professional workplace skills alongside their technical training journey.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 2+ years of training/teaching experience in Soft Skills, Communication, or Personality Development
- Experience in corporate training or placement-focused coaching is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily structured soft skills sessions integrated with the technical training program
- Train learners on professional speaking, self-introduction, and confident communication
- Conduct roleplay drills, speaking exercises, and partner feedback sessions
- Coach learners on interview preparation including HR round simulation, behavioral questions, and STAR method responses
- Train learners on Group Discussion (GD) techniques, topic handling, and group participation
- Guide learners in professional writing including emails, WhatsApp messages, and resume bullet points
- Build learners' vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and fluency through daily practice
- Conduct mock HR interviews and provide structured feedback using rubrics (structure, fluency, confidence)
- Help learners build and polish their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and project presentations
- Support learners in workplace communication skills including telephone etiquette, cold calling, and team communication
- Conduct weekly mock sessions and evaluate learners on communication milestones

Required Skills

Preferred Background
- Prior experience in ed-tech, placement training, or corporate communication coaching
