Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer based in Repalle. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive training sessions to help students and staff develop crucial interpersonal and communication skills. Daily tasks include facilitating workshops, assessing skills, preparing curriculum materials, mentoring participants, and providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. The candidate will also collaborate with academic teams to align training goals with institutional objectives.
