Position: Soft Skills Trainer – Banking Process

Location: Chennai (Near Avadi)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Soft Skills Trainer with experience in the Banking/BPO domain to design and deliver impactful training programs. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing communication, customer service, and behavioral skills of employees.
Experience Required:
Compensation:
- ₹6,00,000 – ₹6,50,000 per annum
Shift Timing:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct soft skills training sessions for banking process
- Facilitate onboarding training for new hires
- Identify training needs and customize content accordingly
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with operations to improve service delivery
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Strong presentation & facilitation skills
- Experience in BPO/Banking training environment
- Stakeholder management
Eligibility Criteria:
- Immediate joiners only
- Willing to work from Chennai (Near Avadi)
