Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer based in Jalandhar. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting sessions on various aspects of communication, interpersonal skills, life skills, and professional development. Key duties include preparing training modules, delivering presentations, facilitating workshops, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Trainer is expected to create an engaging learning environment to foster growth and practical application of concepts among students.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Soft Skills and Communication, with the ability to coach and mentor learners effectively
- Proficiency in delivering impactful Presentations and conducting Training & Development programs
- Knowledge and experience in teaching Life Skills, fostering personal and professional growth
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field
- Proficiency in using tools and techniques for interactive presentations and virtual or on-site training sessions is an added advantage
- Experience as a trainer or facilitator, ideally in academic or corporate sectors
