📍 Location: Calicut
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Soft Skill Trainer to join our team!
✨ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct training sessions on English Language and Communication Skills
🔹 Train students in Interview Preparation and Personality Development
🔹 Improve students’ verbal and written communication skills
🔹 Design engaging training content, activities, and tasks
🔹 Identify students with special learning requirements and create individualized support plans
🔹 Help students build confidence, presentation skills, and professional etiquette
🎯 Preferred Skills:
✔ Excellent communication skills in English
✔ Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
✔ Passion for mentoring and student development
✔ Creative approach towards training and activities
✔ Prior training/teaching experience is an added advantage
