Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Service Recruiter specializing in Facility Management, based in Mumbai, India. The Soft Service Recruiter will oversee the full life cycle of recruitment, from identifying and sourcing candidates to onboarding and training new hires. Daily responsibilities include developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The Recruiter will also focus on nurturing relationships with candidates and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent.
  • Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring, with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and foster positive relationships with candidates.
  • Ability to deliver effective Training programs for newly hired employees.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple positions and deadlines smoothly.
  • Prior experience in recruitment within the facilities management or related industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
