Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Soft Service Operations Executive. The position involves managing day-to-day operations related to facility management services, sourcing manpower, ensuring service excellence, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include overseeing customer service delivery, managing staff assignments, monitoring performance quality, and coordinating with clients to meet service expectations. The role also includes ensuring operational efficiency and problem-solving to handle any incidents or matters requiring immediate attention.
Qualifications
- Decent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Sourcing Manpower like - Housekeeping , Janitors, Pantry boys/ Girl, GRE
- Experience in Customer Service and handling client feedback
- Field Ops work
- Proficiency in Team Management and Organizational Skills
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage operational processes efficiently
- Knowledge of facility and soft service operations is preferred
- Problem-solving ability and fast decision-making under pressure
- High level of professionalism and client-focused mindset
- Intermediate or Class 10th pass
