Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with product owners, account managers, and stakeholders to define product requirements, analyze business processes, and support the development of impactful software features. You’ll turn insights into action and help ensure we’re building the right solutions for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
• Translate requirements into clear scope of work for work orders, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability
• Assist in roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product documentation
• Support QA by helping define test cases and reviewing deliverables for accuracy
• Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical teams
• Monitor feature performance and gather user feedback post-launch
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with tools like Jira
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Bonus: Experience with UX research and data analysis.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in information technology, business, technology, or related discipline
• Additional experience can be substituted for educational requirements
  
  

Nice to have

• Knowledge of voting systems and technology used to support the voting infrastructure in the United States
• Experience supporting government clients
• Knowledge of the election cycle

Working Conditions

• Availability to work a standard week but have the ability to be on call at pre-determined times according to implementation or election schedules
• The current work environment is remote; however the position does require occasional company meetings in Tampa.
