Job Application Engineer

The main responsibilities of the Job Application Engineer (JAE) are to: 1) Provide technical support for Commercial and Retail Banking lines of business in South Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh). 2) Provide solutions to business and technical issues and to support other engineers during solution design and implementation. 3) Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations. 4) Participate in the implementation of new solutions and support existing applications. 5) Support Business Continuity planning and Disaster Recovery activities. 6) Perform application-level monitoring and provide application-level support. 7) Collaborate with the wider Global Technology team to leverage global technology initiatives and solutions.
