Join our structured 2-year rotational program designed to build future leaders. You'll complete three hands-on rotations across core banking divisions, gaining technical expertise, client exposure, and mentorship from senior bankers. Rotation Tracks: Corporate Finance & Lending - Structured & project finance with strong focus on ESG - Analyze credit risk for APAC corporates - Support client relationship management Credit Markets & Distribution - Support bond syndication or credit sales - Contribute to pricing and market analysis - Assist secondary trading activities Investment Banking - Assist on M&A, ECM, or DCM transactions - Work across key APAC corridors (Japan, Australia, ASEAN)
