Position: Child, Family & School Social Worker
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Review and manage case documentation related to child, family, and school-based services
- Assess case management workflows and intervention plans for effectiveness
- Support development of structured, real-world social-service scenarios
- Ensure documentation reflects empathy, ethical considerations, and stakeholder needs
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unrealistic assumptions in case reports
- Assist in evaluating public-service decision-making processes
- Create clear, well-structured reports and summaries
- Collaborate with teams to maintain quality and consistency in outputs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling
- Strong understanding of case management and social-service workflows
- Experience in child welfare, school systems, family services, or community outreach
- Ability to handle sensitive information with empathy and professionalism
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- Understanding of public-service and community-based decision contexts
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
