Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Social Worker role based in Wadhwan. The responsibilities include assessing community needs, developing and implementing programs to support underprivileged groups, and providing counseling to individuals and families. Additional tasks include coordinating with local authorities and organizations, maintaining accurate records, and advocating for resources and policies to support the community's well-being.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Work methodologies, case management, and program development
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and stakeholders
• Good organizational and time-management capabilities
• Experience in community outreach and advocacy
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Empathy, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity
• Familiarity with local social issues and government programs
