About the Role
GreenSignature™ is looking for Social Work Interns who are genuinely interested in workplace wellness, employee experience, and organisational research.
This role is designed for individuals who are serious about research-driven work and want exposure to real-world organisational insights and leadership interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Students currently pursuing UG/PG in:
- Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- Sociology
- MSW (Master of Social Work)
- Counselling Psychology
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on workplace wellness and organisational culture
- Analyse existing datasets (no field and form data collection involved)
- Assist in preparing research reports, insights, and publications
- Engage in insight-driven conversations with senior professionals (including C-suite leaders)
- Deliver a minimum of 20 high-quality research outputs per month
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent English language proficiency (speak, read, write)
- Confidence to interact with senior professionals (C-Suite)
- Deep interest in workplace culture, employee experience, and organizational wellness
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity to learn
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and Canva
Internship Details
- Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Work from Office only)
- Duration: 2 to 6 months
- Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid student ID
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) from college/university
