Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Pune Area for a Social Work Associate. Responsibilities include providing support to community members through social services and case management, facilitating medical and social work programs, and contributing to the planning and execution of community development projects. The role also entails engaging with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of initiatives aligned with the foundation's focus areas, as well as creating awareness campaigns to address social and environmental challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Work and Medical Social Work
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with community members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Case Management and Social Services delivery
- Passion for community development and addressing social challenges
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor's degree (BSW /MSW) or equivalent experience in Social Work, Sociology, or a related field
- Understanding of local communities in the Greater Pune Area is a strong advantage
